2/29/2024 0 Comments Robert schwartz dallas![]() You know the guy might be ok, but I would not go near him with a barge pole such are the open question and the questionable things mentioned so far. Given we ALL have some glandular mass, what does he consider acceptable, is it the same amount that his patient/you would find acceptable? Mmm If you pick a surgeon who says he is going to do both glandular excision and lipo then you know what you are getting, if he says he will choose during the op then it is very much up in the air!Īlso I would love to know how exactly he comes to a given conclusion in the middle of an operation, can he see if there is glandular tissue under the nipple or in other parts of the chest- does he have that level of access via camera and lipo MmmmĪlso wouldn’t it just be cheaper for him once he has your money to say to himself lets not bother? You are welcome to see if you do any better, but I know so many guys that are on surgery number two or three because of lipo only and the ignorant idea that the diagnostic tools mentioned above help- they don’t! Very often it simply reveals the glandular tissue that does exist even more and cause more distress. I have seen many many men come through here for over two years and I have yet to see a single man happy who has had lipo only. Unfortunately there are quite a few plastic surgeons out there who continue to peddle this fallacy. I also knew for a fact that gynecomastia cannot be diagnostically differentiated from pseudo-gynecomastia very easily and certainly not at all by ultra sound or x-rays. I knew it was glandular gynecomastia, my chosen surgeon confirmed it. When I had my operation the surgeon described it as extensive diffuse glandular gynecomastia. His cocky nature and confidence evaporated in seconds. ![]() I told this doctor in no uncertain terms that he was wrong. I told the doctor concerned that the gynecomastia only developed on testosterone replacement therapy and that I had not gained weight and that the method of action of testosterone meant there was a clear method of development and that testosterone converts to estradiol and that increases glandular mass. I myself once went and had an ultrasound and was told my gynecomastia was fat only. This is because fat is usually soft but can be hard and gland is usually hard but can be soft and gland is often found between fingers of fat. It is possible to see dense glandular mass, but totally impossible to see any diffuse glandular mass.ĭr Bermant has said on this website that the only way he knows whether gynecomastia is fat or gland is once he can examine it in his hand once it has been removed. There is no way whatsoever to ascertain whether gynecomastia is fat or gland based upon ultrasounds x-rays or anything else this is complete rubbish!! Schwartz for a consult.Īs for me its just a matter of my finances, then I'm ready to get this surgery done. Hey guys, if you live anywhere nearby, and are looking for a surgeon, I'd recommend Dr. Swchartz office is located in Richardson Texas near Campbell and 75. I looked at all his work, both men and women, and quite frankly, I was truly impressed!ĭr. His reason: Sometimes an incision at the nipple can distort the nipple, and there is no reason to do this if its not absolutley needed. IF during surgery he finds glandular tissue involved, only then he would include an incision at the nipple for the excision. Schwatrz said that he would approach this initially as all fat. While he is doing this, I am holding the Vaser probe in my hand so I now have a clear picture of the instrument he will be using.īecause my gyne appears to be pure fat, based on X-rays and physical examination. ![]() He also explained that the tiny incisions would vanish into my hairy chest and not be noticed. He explained in detail WHY he does it this way, and the benefit for doing it this way. He then began to draw sweeping lines from the incision points displaying his method for cross tunneling and evenly suctioning the fat. Not one incision, but 3 around each breast. Then he took a black sharpie pen and drew on the photos showing exactly where he would make the tiny incisions. He used a black background to clearly display He printed the photos real big on full sheets of paper. The doctor was very personable and immediatly addressed my concerns over the fat/gland composition issue, and examined me closely.Īfter that, the doctor took before photos of my gyne. Schwartz office, his staff was smiling and gave a warm welcome. She was most pleasant and made me feel welcome. His office manager, Krysta, spent more time on the phone with me and never rushed. Of the five surgeons I have consulted with, I would have to rate this consultation as nothing short of outstanding! Hey everybody, on my "quest for the best" for a DFW gyne surgeon, I have to write this report on my consultation with Dr.

Residual strength analysis indicated that the main fatigue crack in combination with the Multiple Site Damage (MSD) were of sufficient magnitude and distribution to facilitate the local linking of the fatigue cracks so as to produce a continuous crack within a two-bay region (40 inches). ![]() The 15.1-inch crack and most of the MSD cracks initiated from the scratching damage associated with the 1980 tail strike incident.ĥ. Multiple Site Damage (MSD), including a 15.1-inch through thickness main fatigue crack and some small fatigue cracks were confirmed. Evidence of fatigue damage was found in the lower aft fuselage centered about STA 2100, between stringers S-48L and S-49L, under the repair doubler near its edge and outside the outer row of securing rivets. The permanent repair of the tail strike was not accomplished in accordance with the Boeing SRM, in that the area of damaged skin in Section 46 was not removed (trimmed) and the repair doubler did not extend sufficiently beyond the entire damaged area to restore the structural strength.Ĥ. In February 7 1980, the accident aircraft suffered a tail strike occurrence in Hong Kong. Based on the recordings of CVR and FDR, radar data, the dado panel open-close positions, the wreckage distribution, and the wreckage examinations, the in-flight breakup of CI611, as it approached its cruising altitude, was highly likely due to the structural failure in the aft lower lobe section of the fuselage.Ģ. I found the offensive line position to be awfully crowded when I sat down to do my final projection - and Kansas City agreed, as seen in the waiver of a fifth-round draft pick from a year ago: Darian Kinnard. Offensive linemen (10): LT Donovan Smith, LG Joe Thuney, C Creed Humphrey, RG Trey Smith, RT Jawaan Taylor, Nick Allegretti, Prince Tega Wanogho, Lucas Niang, Mike Caliendo, Wanya Morris It was always an uphill battle for Matt Bushman, whom I would guess remains with the Chiefs on the practice squad should he make it through waiver claims. Tight ends (3): Travis Kelce, Noah Gray, Blake Bell Reports continue to say that Kansas City remains optimistic about Toney's Week 1 status. We now wait for an update on the health of Toney, who hasn't been seen at practice since the opening minutes of training camp. But Ross' talent won out - and history was made on Tuesday afternoon. In my preseason projection, I assumed that Ross would be on the outside looking in simply because the Chiefs had never kept seven wide receivers at the deadline since Reid took the helm in 2013. Wide receivers (7): Kadarius Toney, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Skyy Moore, Justin Watson, Richie James, Rashee Rice, Justyn Ross Especially earlier in the season - when the Chiefs budget snaps for McKinnon - expect Edwards-Helaire to garner touches as the change-of-pace back. Kansas City keeping Edwards-Helaire - a popular hypothetical trade candidate - speaks volumes. I think all three have a shot at the practice squad. In the running back room, young up-and-comers Deneric Prince and La'Mical Perine were waived - as was Jerrion Ealy, who signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent following the 2022 NFL Draft. Asked about it after the Chiefs final preseason game, head coach Andy Reid noted that he and general manager Brett Veach would still need to "count the numbers," indicating that they wouldn't necessarily keep a third quarterback just because of the rule. The caveat is that the third quarterback would have to be on the 53-man roster. ![]() If you read my 53-man roster projections, you'll know I maintained that I thought it would be wise for the Chiefs to keep three quarterbacks on the roster considering the "emergency quarterback" rule, allowing each club to put a third quarterback in should the first two quarterbacks be out of the game due to injury. Quarterbacks (2): Patrick Mahomes, Blaine Gabbert This is just the starting point for 2023. Some players will likely be removed during the coming days to make room for other Chiefs players who were previously removed - or players from other teams who are now available. It's likely that this will not be the exact roster that will begin the season against the Detroit Lions a week from Thursday. The Kansas City Chiefs have made their cuts to get the team's active roster down to 53 players before the NFL's deadline. |
